The Editorial Board is very much delighted to present the 16th volume of the journal “Nepalese
Horticulture”, an official publication of Nepal Horticulture Society (NHS). The Nepal Horticulture
Society, one of the oldest professional societies of Nepal, had begun to publish the journal “Nepalese
Horticulture” since 1997. The journal welcomes the research articles, short notes and review articles
from academia, researchers/scientists, private sectors and farmers. The journal covers all areas of the
Horticultural Science. More particularly, this may include but not limited to production technologies,
physiology, disease/pest management, genetics, breeding, biotechnology and socioeconomic aspects
of horticultural crops.
We accept articles from domestic and international authors both. The current volume ofNepalese
Horticulture is the outcome of rigorousresearch and review works of the authors in the field of
Horticulture Science. We anticipate the current volume of the journal will contribute the availability
of scientific findings to global scientific communities.
